Bon Jovi is a rock band originating from New Jersey. Fronted by singer Jon Bon Jovi, the band is also comprised of guitarist Richie Sambora, keyboardist David Bryan, and drummer Tico Torres. Alec John Such played bass until his departure in the mid-nineties, after which his duties were handed to Hugh McDonald.

After two albums, Bon Jovi found success with the release of their 1986 album, Slippery When Wet, catapulted by the strength of the singles "You Give Love a Bad Name," "Livin' on a Prayer," and "Wanted Dead or Alive." Since then, the band has seen continued success through the following decades, releasing a string of hit singles, including "Always," "It's My Life," and "Who Says You Can't Go Home." Most recently, Bon Jovi released their second greatest hits album, titled simply Greatest Hits, in 2010.
