PlayStation Trophies and Xbox Achievements are identical in Green Day: Rock Band. It includes one platinum, two gold, twelve silver, and 34 bronze trophies. On the Wii, they are named 'Accomplishments', and all are included but 'Good Riddance'. Its achievements add up to a total of 1000 Gamerscore. Most of their titles are references to lyrics in Green Day's songs.

You Had the Time of Your LifeEdit
This platinum trophy is exclusive to the PS3 version of Green Day: Rock Band. The name of the trophy refers to the popular Green Day song "Good Riddance (Time of Your Life)". As with all PS3 Platinum trophies, it is awarded on the acquisition of all other trophies.
We've Come So FarEdit
This achievement quotes a line from the final verse of "Murder City". It can be achieved by 3-starring all songs (excluding DLC) on any instrument and any difficulty. Note that this includes Song of the Century which must be performed as a vocalist.
It All Keeps Adding UpEdit
This achievement quotes the song "Basket Case". It can only be feasibly acquired by at least two instruments, as it is highly unlikely that a soloist can score 1,000,000 points on a single song.
I Threw My Crutches in the RiverEdit
This achievement quotes the song "East Jesus Nowhere" (which is only available via download). It requires that any song is three-starred on any instrument on expert difficulty. This can be achieved on any song but is possibly easiest achieved on Last Night on Earth.
Hysteria, Mass Hysteria!Edit
This achievement is quoted from the song "American Eulogy" (also known as Mass Hysteria which is found on the 21st Century Breakdown album). For this achievement, you must achieve at least one Unison Bonus on each of the following songs:
Note that you don't have to hit all unison bonuses in each song, just one in each, to unlock the achievement.
Scream at Me Until My Ears BleedEdit
This achievement quotes from the Dookie single "She". This achievement requires the player to use Overdrive as a vocalist a total of 100 or more times. This doesn't have to be in one song, or one setlist, but as an overall total.
In Good Health and Good TimeEdit
This achievement quotes Good Riddance in its title and requires all songs to be 3-starred as a bassist. Note that this can be achieved on any difficulty level. Song of the Century is excluded from this achievement as it contains no bass part.
Won't Make It for DinnerEdit
This achievement, which quotes Last of the American Girls requires that a four-player band reaches the end credits of career mode within 12 hours of starting the career. This can be achieved online or offline.
Feel Like They're Gonna BleedEdit
This achievement, which quotes Brain Stew requires the player to play through a setlist of 20 songs without failing. This achievement, which can take anywhere from about an hour (for the 20 shortest songs) up to over 2½ hours for the full setlist, cannot be won by simply relying on the no-fail setting.
Louder Than Bombs and EternityEdit
This achievement, which takes its name from Song of the Century, requires all kick-notes in Brain Stew/Jaded to be hit on Expert difficulty. Note that this can be done with no-fail switched on, so a player could theoretically ignore the other notes and focus on the kick-notes.
We're on a Roll, No Self ControlEdit
This achievement, with partially quotes Geek Stink Breath, requires an 8x Band Multilplier. This requires a four-player band to all deploy simultaneously.
What's Left of My MindEdit
This achievement require the completion of the Dookie Album Challlenge which unlocks in Career mode after the final setlist in The Warehouse.
This achievement requires the player to five-star all songs from the American Idiot album on any difficulty and any instrument.
This achievement refers to the 1994 Woodstock Festival in which Green Day sparked a mud fight during their performance. It requires the completion of:

This achievement, named after the band's drummer, requires the player to complete a single drum fill with more than 40 hits.
