The Duke of Gravity is a character in the Rock Band series who first appears in Rock Band and is one of the playable Session Musicians in Rock Band 2, Rock Band 3, and Lego Rock Band.
Physical Appearance
The Duke of Gravity has blue and pink hair and pink mutton chops. In the first Rock Band, he wears red goggles with white lenses and a blue jacket with yellow lining, pants with an orange belt and holes, red boots with white and blue UK flag detail and silver rings with green detail. In Rock Band 2, his look is kept the same except he wears a light green jacket with blue lining, blue pants with light green detail, gold rings with no detail, and no shoes. In Lego Rock Band, his goggles are beige. In Rock Band 3, his look is kept the same as in Rock Band 2, except his hair is all blue, his red goggles have black lenses, and he wears no rings.

The Duke of Gravity is a guitarist/bassist character in the first Rock Band and can play any song. In every other game he's in, he can be seen singing vocals or playing guitar, bass, or drums. He shows up for any song from the Pop-Rock, Alternative, Novelty, Indie Rock, Nu-Metal, New Wave, and Emo genres whenever the player isn't using him. He can also play Keyboards in Rock Band 3.

- He is one of the four Rock Band 2 Session Musicians to appear in Rock Band 3. The other three are Moosejaw Boudreau, Mothership Q, and Dora Sullivan in addition, he and Moosejaw Boudreau are the only two characters from the first Rock Band that appear in Rock Band 3.
In Rock Band Blitz, he is named "The Duke".
